Question 1

Where should I start when choosing a mower?

Accepted Answer

Start with how the site will be used: domestic lawn, grounds-team work or a commercial site. Note the lawn or mowing area, terrain, slopes, access, boundaries and operating context, then compare those needs with the published mower records. If you need help framing the next step, use the mower finder.

Question 2

What do the published mower records confirm?

Accepted Answer

They show the mower information LAWNOVA has published, including the record’s specifications and suitability details, and they distinguish supplier or availability information when it is confirmed in that record. The catalogue does not by itself promise stock, price, fulfilment or installation.

Question 3

How does Find your mower work?

Accepted Answer

The questionnaire uses the domestic or commercial context and the site requirements you provide to show a published match when one is supported by the available suitability information. A published match is a starting point, not a guaranteed supplier, purchase, price, availability, warranty, installation or appointment.

Question 4

What does the installation planning guide cover?

Accepted Answer

It brings together published mower records and prompts you to prepare useful questions for a supplier. It is a planning aid, not an installation service or a promise of authorised support.

Question 5

Which installation details still need a supplier to confirm?

Accepted Answer

Installation method, commissioning, site work, price, availability, warranty and authorised support require supplier confirmation unless the relevant published mower record visibly says otherwise. Site-specific advice also needs to come from the appropriate supplier or manufacturer source.

Question 6

Does LAWNOVA sell, install or service the mowers?

Accepted Answer

No. LAWNOVA does not present itself as a manufacturer, authorised dealer, supplier, installer or service centre. A published record or enquiry should not be read as a guarantee of purchase, installation, warranty or authorised support.

Question 7

Can I request a possible supplier connection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share your intended application and installation context through Find your mower. LAWNOVA may pass a relevant enquiry or supplier referral onward where possible, but a submission does not confirm a supplier match, availability, purchase, warranty, installation service or appointment.

Question 8

How should commercial customers and grounds teams share requirements?

Accepted Answer

Share the site type, approximate mowing area, town, region or postcode, and the project context. Include terrain, access, slopes, operating hours, boundary details and project scope where relevant. This is an enquiry for review, not a confirmed quote or booking.

Question 9

What if my question is not answered here?

Accepted Answer

If a detail is not confirmed in the published mower records or installation guide, LAWNOVA will not fill the gap with an assumption. Use the contact form for unanswered questions. Site-specific installation, price, availability, warranty and authorised-support details require confirmation from the appropriate supplier or manufacturer; contacting LAWNOVA does not guarantee a supplier match, purchase, fulfilment, installation service, warranty, appointment or authorised-dealer relationship.
